Sales Manager – Coops – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C
In line with our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Coops to lead and grow our business within Kuwait’s cooperative societies channel. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, strengthening strategic partnerships with Coops, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all outlets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales within the Coops channel, with proven expertise in managing key accounts, negotiating trade agreements, and leading high-performing teams. You will play a strategic role in shaping channel plans, maximizing in-store visibility, and delivering sustainable growth in a highly competitive market.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business plans. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Coops channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key cooperative societies, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial discussions.
- Lead negotiations for annual agreements, pricing, promotions, listing, and shelf space to maximize sales and profitability.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities within the Coops network, including product listings, category expansion, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute effective trade promotions, in-store activations, and visibility initiatives.
- Ensure optimal product availability, merchandising standards, and execution excellence across all Coop outlets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and field teams, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock management, forecasting accuracy, and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution, gather competitive intelligence, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Prepare and present business reviews, sales reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade agreements, and local market regulations within Kuwait.
