Sales Executive – OD Sales (Aftermarket & OES) – Auto Spare Parts – SOS HR Solutions

We are seeking a Sales Executive for our Aftermarket & OES Auto Spare Parts division. This role is essential for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence in the automotive market of Kuwait. As a Sales Executive, you will manage outdoor sales activities, promote genuine and aftermarket auto spare parts, and develop relationships with clients. Your efforts will directly influence our growth and customer satisfaction, making this an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals.

  1. Responsibilities: Handle outdoor sales of automotive spare parts, including genuine and aftermarket products, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Kuwait automotive market, driving sales growth through strategic outreach.
  3. Manage daily orders from local customers, including small retail shops and cooperatives, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  4. Promote and sell aftermarket and OES spare parts to wholesale shops, automotive retailers, and trade customers.
  5. Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and assess needs, providing effective solutions.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that communicate our product offerings.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and aligning with their requirements.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  9. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide updates to management, identifying areas for improvement.
