Sales Executive – AlBabtain Group of Companies

  • Identify, target, and acquire new HORECA customers (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, quick-service restaurants).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, F&B managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow existing HORECA accounts through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions, and volume deals within company guidelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly.
  • Monitor customer credit limits, collections, and payment follow-ups as per company policy.
  • Conduct product tastings, demos, and menu recommendations with chefs and kitchen teams.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends within the HORECA segment.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
