They are responsible for creating an inviting and organized shopping environment, projecting a warm and welcoming demeanor, and serving customers with up-to-date product information. This role demands strong communication abilities and a keen attention to visual standards, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and store success.

What You Will Do:

General

Create a clean and organized store environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
Deliver a positive first impression to customers through energetic attitude and proper dress code adherence.
Greet customers immediately with a smile and a friendly greeting upon entering the store.
Provide customers with current and relevant information about products.
Offer quality service in fitting rooms; follow up with customers timely, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and aim to upsell.
Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
Thank customers sincerely for their purchase and invite them back as they exit the store.
