Safety Supervisor
To maintain high levels of on-site safety awareness through the delivery of effective educational and training programs.
•
To reduce the cost of site accidents through effective prevention programme, coordinating / following up with all JTC concerns.
•
To check, inspect incoming and outgoing materials/ manpower/equipment safety compliance to ensure that they meet client needs/ contract specification/ contract requirements.
•
To audits and reviews employee licenses/authorizations, gate pass and vehicle appliances follow and ensure the proper filling system with full traceability.
•
To coordinates and enforces the implementation of both Contractor and Company safe work Practices and procedures, and audits preparations and recovery as needed.
•
To conducts daily inspection of jobsites includes environmental requirements, reports any unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the responsible engineers I supervisors for immediate corrective action.
•
To communicate safety induction, orientation, HSE training for new employees and ensures area supervisor conducts daily Tool Box meeting with all personnel on attendance.
•
To maintain continuous interaction with job supervisors and various Company personnel, as and when required.
•
To attends HSE Communication meetings including weekly and monthly meetings, as required.
•
To organizes campaigns and other safety promotional activities to enhance awareness on safety issues and inculcate safe work culture at the workplace.
•
To responds and undertakes duties in accordance with contract and Company’s ERP, evacuation plan and site emergency preparedness.
