Safety Officer – GULF ENGINEERING COMPANY
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Implement and monitor HSE management systems and safety plans on site.
- Prepare, update, and review HSE documentation as required.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Report non-compliances and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain incident records and prepare reports for management.
- Deliver HSE induction and toolbox talks for new and existing employees.
- Organize safety awareness programs, safety campaigns, and refresher training sessions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce.
- Maintain updated records of inspections, training, permits, and incidents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports.
- Ensure availability of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other safety documentation.
