We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the oil and gas sector in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of all employees, contractors, and visitors within the organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in promoting a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across all operations. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure safety protocols are effectively communicated and adhered to, ultimately contributing to a safe working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and hazard identification.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
