Retail Sales Associate / Executive – Luxury Watches – SOS HR Solutions
Location: Al Salhiya / Avenues / Al Kout / Asima Mall
Working Hours: 8 hours – Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off
Salary: KWD 300–400
Visa: Article 18 Transferable Visa
Preferred: Male – Asian Nationality
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury watches based on their preferences and budget.
- Present and explain watch features, specifications, collections, and brand information.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, warranty, and after-sales services.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, particularly regarding luxury watch brands and collections.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure the showroom is kept to luxury retail standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing, payments, stock checks, and other showroom procedures as required.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.
