We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the vibrant malls of Kuwait, including Asimah Mall, The Avenues, and 360 Mall. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect products. This position offers a competitive salary of 250-300 KWD plus commission, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs to provide personalized assistance.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
4. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
5. Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store environment.
6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
8. Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
9. Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting stock counts as needed.
