Restaurant Manager – Al-Fozan Enterprises General Trading & Contracting Co.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a pivotal figure in the hospitality industry, the Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a blend of leadership, management, and culinary skills to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all areas are functioning effectively and efficiently.
2. Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that all food and beverage items are available and of high quality.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
6. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.
10. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
