About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager – Business Development to support and drive our GCC operations.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Business Development within the Oil & Gas industry, with proven experience in developing business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and securing projects across the GCC.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently based in Kuwait.
• Must have relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Must have proven Business Development experience within the GCC.
• MANDATORY: Must have similar Business Development experience in at least ONE of the following GCC countries, in addition to Kuwait:
• Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Qatar
• Oman
• Bahrain
• Candidates whose experience is limited to Kuwait without similar Business Development experience in another GCC country will not be considered.
• Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and successfully developing and closing projects/contracts.
• Strong understanding of GCC business environments, client networks, and market opportunities.
• Experience dealing with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, government entities, major contractors, and strategic clients is highly desirable.
