- Lead recipe development, menu innovation, and culinary R&D across all brands.
- Oversee food costing, ingredient sourcing, testing, and kitchen equipment evaluation.
- Support new product launches, kitchen design, and operational improvements.
- Train and guide chefs while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.
