Develop and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
Tendering & Procurement:
Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.
Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Cost Control & Reporting:
Track project costs and provide regular financial reports.
Identify and manage risks related to cost overruns.
Contract Administration:
Manage contractual claims and variations.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Valuation & Payment:
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Certify payments to contractors and suppliers.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Provide advice on cost-effective solutions and value engineering.
