Public Relations & Sales Officer – Ready Mix Concrete
Job Purpose
To support the company’s ready-mix concrete business by handling public relations activities, site coordination, client follow-ups, and achieving sales targets through direct engagement with contractors, project owners, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Coordination
- Represent the company with clients, contractors, consultants, and project sites.
- Coordinate between plant operations, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on approvals, site access, and documentation related to concrete supply.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and support business continuity.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote ready-mix concrete products and services to potential customers.
- Visit construction sites and offices in Kabd and Kuwait City to generate leads.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with management and follow up until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market and competitor information and report to management.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Follow up on collections in coordination with finance when required.
- Maintain proper records of clients, quotations, and site activities.
