Production Supervisor
Requirement:
• Act as sole responsible person (POC) for all activities in the assigned section.
• Execute production schedules, plan daily activities, and ensure compliance with – standards.
• Coordinate with UHT operators, RMS, and data entry teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor yield, losses, reprocessing, and market returns.
• Inspect product lines, hygiene, and machine readiness before production.
• Conduct sealing tests and verify QC reports (chemical, microbiological, shelf-life).
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns and preventive care.
• Supervise operators, assistants, and labor; allocate manpower by skill.
• Manage HR-related issues: shifts, leave, accidents, training, and compliance.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in UHT and filling areas.
• Support internal/external audits (HSE, QA, HR, Food Safety).
• Drive 5S, KPIs, loss reduction, cost-saving, and process improvement initiatives.
