Paramedical Officer – Kuwait Based – Driver’s License is Must
About the Role
To serve on the frontline of emergency medical response—responding quickly to any medical emergencies and accident scenes. You’ll provide emergency medical care and transportation for accident victims in all emergencies and accompany referred patients to/from treatment centers.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to medical emergencies and accident scenes quickly and safely
- Provide first aid and life-support care at pre-hospital settings
- Operate defibrillator, EKG, resuscitator, suction device, BVM, etc.
- Perform defibrillation per MOH protocols under supervision
- Assess patient condition and prioritize treatments
- Administer medications (IV/IM/oral) per physician direction
- Administer Ventolin, Glucagon, and Entonox as per MOH procedures
- Manage airway, suctioning, monitoring, trauma care, childbirth assistance
- Safely load/unload stretchers and transport patients between facilities
- Document patient condition and treatments (ePCR)
- Clean, restock, and decontaminate ambulance
- Coordinate with dispatch, police, fire, and hospital teams
- Participate in major incident response and emergency drills
