Operations Manager – F&B Division – SOS HR Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain high service standards, optimize profitability, and lead teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor food costs, labor costs, operational expenses, and overall profitability.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate outlet managers and operational staff.
  • Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
