Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our wood factory specializing in door manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staP, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that operations run smoothly, ePiciently, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise And Lead Factory Stap, Including Assigning Tasks And Monitoring Performance.
- Manage Inventory Of Raw Materials, Tools, And Finished Products To Prevent Shortages Or Excess Stock.
- Oversee The Production Schedule To Ensure Timely Order Fulfillment.
- Implement And Maintain Safety And Quality Control Procedures.
- Identify Process Improvements To Increase Epiciency And Reduce Waste.
- Coordinate With Suppliers, Logistics, And Management Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations.
- Prepare Regular Reports On Production Output, Inventory, And Workforce Performance.
- Resolve Any Operational Issues Promptly To Minimize Downtime.
