Oil And Gas Engineer
Scope of Work:
Responsible for supporting all stages of the contracting process, including the preparation of Contract Requisitions, coordination with cross-functional teams, evaluation of bids, and preparation of award recommendations. The role also requires sound knowledge of Contract Administration and adherence to company standards and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Contract Requisitions in line with project and company requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely input and approval of contract documentation.
- Participate in bid evaluation processes, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
- Prepare Award Recommendations and related documentation for management review.
- Apply and maintain sound knowledge of Contract Administration practices and company systems.
- Ensure all activities comply with project timelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for contracts and related correspondence.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
Experience:
- 9 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector.
