NURSE – Alghanim Industries

Purpose:

Male nurse provide basic healthcare services to a

company’s employees. They may be responsible

for providing general first aid when needed, along

with assessing employee health risks and

promoting employee health.

B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Overview

 Establish and manage Healthcare services, processes and provision.

 Perform first aid treatment and follow up care.

 Attend for injury and accidents in industry workers.

 Be responsible for Primary Healthcare for all staff based in Plant and office.

 Must have MOH license valid

 Maintain accurate medical records.

 Manage medical reporting back to the Alghanim Head Clinic for special cases and seek approval.

 Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

 Liaise with Kuwaiti Medical Services as required
