Medical Representative – Mohamed N. Al Hajery and Sons Co. LTD

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Promotion and Sales

  • Proactively contact and engage with healthcare professionals within private hospitals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products tailored to their needs and practice requirements. 
  • Schedule and conduct detailed product presentations to doctors, emphasizing the benefits and effectiveness of the medicines and medical products offered by Mohamed Naser Al Hajery & Sons. 
  • Process orders from healthcare professionals, managing the sales cycle from initiation to delivery to ensure timely access to pharmaceutical products. 

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare staff in private hospitals, understanding and fulfilling their requirements efficiently. 
  • Offer ongoing support and detailed product information to healthcare professionals, thereby building trust and enhancing long-term relationships. 

Market and Product Knowledge

  • Continually enhance personal knowledge of medicines and sales techniques, staying aligned with the latest medical and technical advancements. 
  • Keep abreast of market trends, including new healthcare initiatives, legislative changes, and competitor activities, to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Build and utilize external networks to understand broader market dynamics and apply insights to improve sales strategies. 

Reporting 

  • Collect and analyze information from interactions with healthcare professionals to aid in the development of accurate sales forecasts and strategic planning. 
  • Propose and implement innovative sales strategies and pricing models to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring sustained growth.
