media & Marketing Specialist – Qawam Center
Location: Kuwait City
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: 600 – 800 KD (based on experience)
About the Role
We are building a structured movement and nervous system center, and we are looking for a Media & Marketing Specialist who can help us grow, generate leads, and build a strong digital presence.
This role is not just content creation.
You will be responsible for:
– Creating content
– Generating leads
– Supporting business growth
You will also work alongside a media & marketing company, with the goal of learning, improving, and eventually building an internal marketing system.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Media
– Create high-quality photo and video content (reels, stories, posts)
– Edit videos for social media (Instagram focus)
– Maintain consistent visual identity and branding
Lead Generation & Marketing
– Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads
– Support conversion from leads to bookings
Email & CRM
– Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
– Build email sequences (promotions, follow-ups, campaigns)
– Organize and track leads through CRM systems
Collaboration
– Work closely with the internal team and external marketing agency
– Learn systems and help implement them internally
– Continuously improve marketing processes
