Mechanical Engineer – DX Villa Projects – boodai trading
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical works for villa projects.
- Manage DX air-conditioning/HVAC installation works, including indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, drainage, ducting, and ventilation systems.
- Review HVAC/mechanical drawings and ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid site conflicts.
- Monitor subcontractors and technicians and ensure proper execution of work.
- Conduct inspections and ensure the quality of installation.
- Coordinate and support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DX HVAC systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within the required schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and technical matters.
