This role is for someone who can think strategically, execute fast, improve systems, and help us strengthen both the client experience and the operational side of the business.
The Role
You will oversee and improve:
Marketing
- Campaign planning & execution
- Social media coordination
- Content & marketing follow-up
- Lead tracking and conversion improvement
- Working with designers, videographers, and external freelancers
- Helping grow Qawam’s presence and client demand
Operations
- Improving workflows & systems
- Following up on front desk and client journey
- KPI tracking & reporting
- Identifying operational gaps and solving them
- Helping improve team communication and accountability
- Supporting overall growth and efficiency of the center
Salary
2000 – 2500 USD
