What you’ll do
· Planning and coordinating inbound shipments, to ensure smooth arrivals
· Ensuring all products undergo registration with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and adhere to the country product registration requirements to facilitate the entry of products into the country.
· Managing container bookings, shipping schedules, and transport arrangements with international forwarders.
· Ensuring timely customs clearance for Shipment
· Preparing and reviewing all required import documentation.
· Coordinating with clearing agents to resolve issues and avoid delays.
· Maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines, clearing agents, and government authorities.
· This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Manage all warehousing and storage operations for SAFI, including activities such as stocktaking, periodic asset counts, reconciling inventory levels, and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
