Licensed Psychiatrist/Psychologist – SOS HR Solutions

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients, utilising standardised tools and methodologies to ensure accurate diagnoses.
2. Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the specific needs of each client.
3. Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counselling services, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness, to facilitate client healing and growth.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to create a holistic approach to client care that promotes overall well-being.
5. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
6. Stay informed about the latest research and trends in psychology and psychiatry to continuously improve treatment methodologies and incorporate new findings into practice.
7. Participate in community outreach programmes to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote access to psychological services, enhancing the agency’s visibility and impact.
8. Mentor and supervise junior staff and interns, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance team capabilities.
9. Engage in regular professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to maintain licensure and stay current with industry advancements.
