Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance on complex legal issues. The role focuses on advisory and analytical support, rather than courtroom representation. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research skills, the ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations, and experience in drafting legal opinions and reviewing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized legal advice to clients and internal teams on a wide range of legal matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and internal reports
- Review and assess contracts, agreements, and corporate documents to ensure legal compliance
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations relevant to the firm’s operations or clients
- Assist in developing legal strategies and risk assessments to support decision-making
