Kuwaiti Architect – System Development Project Management
System Development Project Management (SDPM) is seeking a motivated and
talented Kuwaiti Architect to join our team. This role is suitable for
fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of experience who are eager
to develop their skills in architectural design, project coordination,
and construction supervision.
The selected candidate will support senior architects and engineers
across various stages of ongoing projects in Kuwait, including
commercial complexes, residential buildings/villas, infrastructure works
etc.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support senior architects and project managers in design reviews,
documentation, and coordination activities.
– Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and project
reports.
– Site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design
specifications.
– Assist in the review of shop drawings, materials, and technical
submittals under supervision.
– Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant
authorities as required.
– Attend project meetings and prepare minutes or follow-up
documentation.
– Contribute to project planning, design development stages, and
preparation of tender documents.
– Support in ensuring adherence to project standards, codes, and client
requirements.
