Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and continuously refresh an innovative menu of desserts and beverages
• Lead R&D for new recipes, seasonal specials, and product improvements
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards of quality and service
• Manage production, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Train and guide kitchen staff as the team grows
