Manage and maintain Windows Server and company IT systems.
Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
Manage and monitor server backups and data recovery.
Manage and maintain internal networks and connectivity between company branches.
Diagnose and resolve network, IP, and connectivity issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based connectivity between branches.
Operate and maintain company software systems and ensure proper connectivity with network and hardware.
Manage and maintain the main telephone system, hotline, extensions, and call forwarding.
Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.
Install and maintain network points and network cabling.
Diagnose and maintain computers, printers, monitors, network devices, and other IT hardware.
Install and configure Windows, Microsoft Office, email, antivirus, and other required software.
Diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software, Server, and Network issues.
Monitor IT infrastructure security and protect company systems and data.
Provide technical support and perform on-site troubleshooting at company branches when required.
Respond to critical IT and server issues outside working hours when required.
