International Real Estate Salesperson – SFAI/ Sage and Sage

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Real Estate Salesperson to join our team in Al Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients from various international backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the international sector, and be adept at building relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will leverage your sales skills and market knowledge to identify opportunities, showcase properties, and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a robust network of international clients and real estate investors.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and property availability in the international real estate market.
  3. Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  4. Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international real estate laws.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies for international properties.
  7. Attend real estate exhibitions and networking events to promote properties and expand client base.
  8. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline sales processes.
  9. Stay informed about changes in real estate regulations and market conditions affecting international sales.
  10. Assist clients with financing options and provide guidance on investment opportunities.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in an international context.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  3. Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable, enhancing communication with international clients.

  7. Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  8. A valid real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
