HR Business Partner – AlBabtain Group of Companies
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our growing team in the F&B Industry operting in Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain & UAE.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring that our team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals, utilizing data analytics and workforce planning tools to optimize talent management and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that attract top talent while ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary skills for success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing guidance to ensure a harmonious work environment that promotes employee engagement.
- Oversee Government relations for different GCC countries.
- Handling and managing adin work related to Visa transfers, Visa issuence, country specific softwares(QIWA, ASHAL, Sahel)
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management to provide insights on workforce trends and HR best practices that can enhance organizational effectiveness.
