HR Business Partner
- Determine the vacancy requirements through job description and liaises with department to understand the job/vacancy prerequisites and specifications.
- Identifies and sources candidates through variety of the recruitment sources such as online job portals, social media, resume database, referrals etc.
- Reviews, analyses and shortlist candidate profiles as per the JDs and business requirements.
- Organizes and conducts interviews and assessments for the shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in processing and entering employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits in HR module.
- Prepare employment contract and ensure adherence to the local laws and regulations
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
- Ensure fulfilment of all employee separation procedures (i.e. resignation, termination, retirement, conducting exit interviews, etc).
- Investigate disciplinary incidences and solve/reports to HR Lead suggesting next’s step and prepare summery reports.
- Prepare internal, external memos, announcements, etc.
