Hostess / Host – Epicure
As a Hostess/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your ability to connect with people and manage the flow of guests will play a crucial role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Maintain reception area cleanliness
- Manage reservations efficiently, using our booking system to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
- Guide guests to their tables, providing them with menus and information about daily specials, enhancing their dining experience through personalized service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, ensuring a welcoming environment that aligns with our restaurant’s standards and enhances guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the waitlist during busy periods, employing excellent multitasking abilities to keep guests informed and engaged as they wait for their tables.
- Support the team during peak hours by taking drink orders and delivering beverages, showcasing teamwork and a commitment to exceptional service.
