Salary: up to 3,000 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Lead real estate expansion by identifying new sites, negotiating leases, and overseeing feasibility studies.
- Drive franchise development through agreements, manuals, SOPs, and partner onboarding.
- Build and manage strong landlord, broker, and stakeholder relationships to secure strategic locations.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and financial performance to guide growth strategy and brand development.
