Group Marketing Manager – Trampo Extreme

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Develop marketing strategy for the Company for review and approval by higher management.
  •  Establish marketing budgets defining the targets for marketing department in line with company’s objectives.
  •  Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  •  Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  •  Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  •  Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  •  Monitor and manage social media presence of the Company and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. 
  •  Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the department.

Other Responsibilities

  •  Comply with Company’s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto.
  •  Abide by the authorities granted to the position and achieve the KPIs if any, assigned to the position.
  • Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.
