Graphic Designer – Al Mulla Group
•Develop and deliver creative design assets for customer-facing communications.
•Create and manage design deliverables for internal communications at the divisional level.
•Maintain and organize the resource library of brand assets, including logos, images, photographs, and videos.
•Supervise printing and production processes, coordinating with vendors as required to ensure quality and timely delivery.
•Liaise with vendors and suppliers to produce marketing and advertising materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, websites, newsletters, videos, social media content, and event and exhibition collateral.
•Support marketing, advertising, and design teams by coordinating, collecting, and organizing content across projects.
•Initiate, manage, and monitor conventional media (print, electronic, outdoor) and digital channels, including websites and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), for various marketing initiatives.
•Assist in artwork production, including sourcing images and managing the purchase of stock images, music, and video assets, as well as proofreading and quality-checking copy.
•Prepare clear, concise, and professional written correspondence, including letters and emails.
•Organize and oversee the production of branded materials such as stationery and promotional merchandise.
•Coordinate with internal team members on a day-to-day basis to support marketing projects and activities.
•Utilize the full marketing mix to effectively support and execute the company’s marketing communications strategy.
