Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting perfumes and fragrances based on their preferences.
- Provide product knowledge, including fragrance notes, brands, collections, and recommendations.
- Promote products, special offers, and new perfume launches.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, payments, and transactions.
- Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
