We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our children’s indoor playground and family entertainment center in Al Kuwait. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to families and children, ensuring a welcoming environment and a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with inquiries and concerns, contributing to a memorable visit for every family.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests upon arrival, providing information about services and activities available in the center.
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
3. Ensure safety and compliance in play areas by monitoring activities and enforcing facility rules.
4. Assist in organizing special events and activities, contributing to guest engagement.
5. Collect feedback from guests to improve services and enhance overall experience.
6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new services and safety protocols.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility for a welcoming atmosphere.
8. Engage with guests on social media to promote events and respond to inquiries.
