Position Overview:

The Project Director, requiring 15+ years of experience. This position involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion in line with organizational goals and client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Time Management:

– Monitor project schedules and address delays.

Budget Management:

– Ensure budget compliance and suggest cost-saving measures.

Strategic Planning:

– Develop and align strategic plans with company goals.

– Optimize project prioritization and resource use.

Risk Management:

– Identify risks and create mitigation strategies for Project Managers.

Team Leadership:

– Mentor Project Managers and support their professional growth.

Resource Management:

– Address resource issues with Project Managers to improve timelines.

Quality Assurance:

– Establish quality standards with the control team and resolve issues.

Client Management:

– Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.

– Provide updates in meetings and written communications.

Safety Management:

– Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
