1Customer Onboarding & Credit Assessment
Documentation Verification: Collect, review, and verify all required legal documentation for new and renewing corporate accounts, including Trade Licenses, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Passport & Emirates ID copies of owners/signatories, VAT Certificates, and Bank Statements.
Credit Evaluation: Conduct thorough credit background checks, review market reputation, and evaluate financial viability to determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
On-Site Viability Inspections: Perform physical visits to customer offices, warehouses, retail tire shops, or transport fleet yards to inspect operational scale, inventory levels, and overall business legitimacy before approving or extending credit lines.
Legal Alignment: Ensure proper execution of Credit Application Forms (CAF), personal guarantees, or Security Cheques (PDCs) in compliance with UAE commercial standards and laws.
2. Collections & Debt Management
Portfolio Management: Drive daily collection activities for overdue accounts across fleet operators, tire dealers, and commercial clients in the UAE.
Field Visits & Account Resolution: Visit customer premises to reconcile ledger balances, resolve billing disputes, collect overdue payments, and retrieve physical cheques when necessary.
Risk Mitigation: Continuously monitor aged receivables, flag default risks early, and implement hold orders on pending product deliveries for non-compliant accounts.
3. Reporting & Governance
Maintain an up-to-date Aging Analysis Report and present weekly collections progress to senior management.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy across all invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
Coordinate with legal consultants for recovery procedures against default accounts where necessary.
4.UAE Market Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with UAE commercial documentation (DED Trade Licenses, mainland vs. free zone regulations, corporate structures, and local payment practices).
Field Assessment Skills: Keen eye for commercial risk—able to evaluate whether a client’s physical operations match their documented business profile.
