Cashier – Finance Department – Nail Station Salon

Reporting To: Finance Director
Main Roles:
- Process and record all cash and credit cards payments with proper related party allocation.
- Handling daily, weekly, and monthly cash deposits and payments.
- Prepare and reconcile cash balances ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of cash transactions.
- Monitor and manage all credit cards and petty cash holders for their monthly submissions and refloats.
- Support in Monthly and yearly closing process.
- Ad hoc cash requests, and reports needed by the management.
