Brand Executive Chef – Kuwaiti Cuisine – Gastronomica
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team in creating authentic Kuwaiti dishes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, using traditional techniques and modern culinary practices.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging team members to enhance their culinary skills.
- Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality ingredients, building relationships with local suppliers to support sustainability and freshness.
- Implement cost control measures to manage food and labor costs effectively while maintaining the quality of dishes served.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to adapt menu offerings and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring the brand remains competitive.
- Participate in promotional events and culinary competitions to showcase the brand and its cuisine, enhancing visibility in the culinary community.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that highlight the culinary brand, including social media campaigns and food photography.
