Brand Coordinator – Perfumes and Cosmetics
- Provide day-to-day support to the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing, retail operations, training, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, product launches, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives.
- Support retail teams by coordinating store needs related to product availability, visuals, testers, and point-of-sale materials.
- Work closely with the training team to support product knowledge sessions, training schedules, materials, and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of merchandising standards across all retail locations, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing and merchandising materials to stores and counters.
- Monitor in-store execution and provide feedback and reports to the Brand Manager.
- Support stock coordination, including tracking availability, assisting in ordering, and communicating stock-related updates.
- Maintain and update brand documentation, including product information, visuals, guidelines, presentations, and reports.
- Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, reports, timelines, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand standards, image, and messaging are consistently implemented across all touchpoints.
