BMC Helix ITSM system administrator- Kuwait - Diyar United Company

Key Responsibilities

Configure, administer, customize, and develop BMC Helix ITSM applications based on business and service management requirements.
Manage and maintain BMC applications, ensuring availability, performance, and smooth operation.
Develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM workflows, forms, fields, and application components.
Create and maintain BMC Dashboards and generate reports to support IT Service Delivery and management requirements.
Develop complex reports using fields, formulas, and other reporting capabilities.
Configure and manage TrueSight modules, including both development and administration activities.
Create and manage Inventory Catalogs within the BMC environment.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide technical support as required.
Work closely with IT Service Delivery teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement appropriate BMC solutions.
Ensure BMC applications and configurations follow established IT service management processes and standards.
