Bid Specialist / Proposal Writer – Career Hunters

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the technical aspects of proposal development, ensuring that our submissions meet client requirements and showcase our technical capabilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Policies & Procedures:

Implement the Business Development department’s set policies and procedures and comply with company’s policies.

Activities:

Lead the development of technical proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment withclient specifications and requirements.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather necessary information, including project scope, methodologies, anddeliverables.

Coordinate and manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, adhering to timelines and ensuring theaccuracy and completeness of the technical content.

Organize and participate in proposal review meetings, incorporating feedback and ensuring continuous improvement inproposal quality.

Draft, review, and edit technical sections of proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy.

Develop innovative and tailored solutions to meet client needs, differentiating our proposals from standard submissions.

Work closely with the Business Development Executive, project managers, and technical leads to develop proposalstrategies and themes that highlight our technical strengths.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate the seamless flow of information and supportfor proposal development.

Maintain and update a repository of technical proposal content, ensuring consistency and adherenceto companystandards and guidelines.

Implement best practices for proposal development, including templates, style guides, and quality assurance processes.

Engage with clients during the proposal process to clarify technical requirements and address any queries related to oursubmissions.

Attend pre-bid meetings and technical discussions as required to gain a comprehensive understanding of clientexpectations.

Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure proposals reflect the latest innovations and best practices.

Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the proposal process and improving win rates.
