Automotive Mechanic – Prox Racing
Position Overview
Projx Racing is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic / Workshop Manager with advanced diagnostic and repair skills to join our high-performance workshop. The ideal candidate must have strong dealership or reputable workshop experience, the ability to work independently, and readiness to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various vehicles without assistance.
- Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, etc.).
- Conduct basic electrical diagnostics and repairs when required.
- Use vehicle scanners and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
- Lead by example in maintaining workshop quality and safety standards.
- For Workshop Manager role: oversee daily operations, coordinate with staff, ensure efficient workflow.
