Assistant Showroom Manager – NorNoyau

The Assistant Showroom Manager is responsible to manage the daily operations of the showroom to ensure it sure it runs smoothly and effectively. They are also responsible for the profitability of the showroom and ensuring quality product and exceptional customer service is provided at all times. They must lead and develop the showroom team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

1. Manage the daily operations of the showroom which includes profitability, sales and sales targets, expenses, profits, assets and budgets, sales forecasts, store cleanliness and merchandising standards
2. Lead the showroom team and monitor their performances to ensure excellent customer service
3. Ensure high standards in the showroom layout, merchandise display, housekeeping, advertising, promotions and product information to convey the desired brand image. Check that the showroom follows to standards of hygiene and safety established by respective authorities.
4. Resolve all escalated and complex customer’s inquiries and complaints
5. Analyze the sales of all items products, customer feedback, sales trends and identify fast moving products to determine current and future customer requirements. Monitor and ensure availability of merchandise, and manage stock control on a continuous basis. Monitor and minimize wastage % on a continuous basis
6. Drive the weekly team briefings to communicate sales plan and provide the team with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully. Ensure excellent product knowledge
7. Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers, communicate new products, tasting events, promotions, etc.
8. Create and submit weekly, monthly reports depending on subject priority as requested by senior management.
