The Assistant HR role in the retail and wholesale industry in Kuwait is pivotal for supporting the human resources department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
