Assistant Brand Manager – Mezzan Holding Company

  • Coordinate brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
  • Track brand performance vs. targets and prepare periodic performance reports
  • Assist in managing promotional activities, launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Coordinate with agencies (creative, media, digital) to ensure timely delivery
  • Execute approved marketing activities in line with brand strategy
  • Manage artwork development, packaging updates, and POS materials
  • Monitor campaign execution accuracy across channels and markets
  • Support new product development (NPD) processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, IT)
  • Ensure timely availability of products, materials, and promotional tools
  • Track budgets, invoices, and marketing spend vs. plan
  • Support market visits, store checks, and competitor benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives
  • Build strong working relationships with agencies and principals
  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive problem solving
